This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers. Like any web server, our hostOVH SAS records technical access logs (IP address, date, requested page, browser user agent) to operate and secure the service. These logs are not used to identify visitors.

Email

When you email us, we keep your address and your message so we can reply and follow up. We do not use it for anything else and do not share it.

Our applications and hosted services

When a service we host needs an account, we only process what it needs to work, such as an email address to sign in and the list of devices connected to the account.

  • passoword: vault contents are encrypted on your device before being uploaded. We store only encrypted data and cannot read your passwords, notes or files. Your master password and setup code are never sent to us.
  • towonel: the edge server forwards encrypted traffic without decrypting it. It sees source IP addresses, byte counts and hostnames, but not the content of the traffic.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis

We process data to provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract) and, for server logs, for our legitimate interest in keeping our services secure.

Where data is stored

Our website and services run on OVH SAS servers in France. Email is handled by Migadu, a Swiss provider. Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as offering an adequate level of data protection.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to privacy@ow-ops.eu. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change. Last updated: 24 September 2026.
